There is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels, Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu

I love the modern interiors! The wall is amazing! The room may be small but very functional. The staff are friendly as well. Just fix the elevator Down button of the 5th floor and we are all good! I love it here. And also fix the cable so we have something to view at night.

Booked this for a visiting friend. Location is great, just across the road from Parkmall. Check-in process was easy. The room was basic but for the price it is okay.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel and they upgraded us to the executive room which is more spacious. Yey! Kudos to whoever made that possible. Appreciate it very much. I love that the 訂房網站 booking comes with a breakfast as I really like the breakfast area of this hotel. Location is great in a sense that it is right in front of a mall and also great for people not from Cebu who have medical appointments in the nearby Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue. Another thing I like about this hotel is the spacious lobby and the Bodega co-working space and cafe which was a savior during my first stay since it opens early. Staff are polite and the hotel is generally clean. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be around Mandaue City.

何回も行ってるためか、エグゼクティブにアップグレードしてもらえた　デポで1000pesoはいつも通り　ドアボーイも気さくに挨拶してくれる　また泊まらせてもらうのでなにかと便利

The location was good walking distance to the mall restaurants and there’s a nearby hospital but our room can hear the loud sound outside and it bothers our sleeping time. The breakfast was good though they only have limited choices. Price wise its affordable for its good location.

併設しているレストランには土日に家族や友人と食事に來るようで賑わっている　會議や催し物で大量の人でごった返すことがあり、フィリピン人はエレベーターを譲り合ったり全くないのでイライラ　人に気を使うことがない人々なので廊下やロビーはとてもうるさい　朝晩夜中関係なく　ほんとうです　朝食は普通の點數でもよいかも　フロントの人に顔を覚えてもらったが特によいことはなし
